To all that I care about when I write these insights intended to provoke the same feeling in others that is provoked in me………I share my thoughts for this great day in American history.

.

So FEW people read anymore, we educate ourselves in abbreviations and acronyms from tiny tweets and text messages followed by lmao or lol. But perhaps someday when I am gone, my friends and family will finally dig up these old emails and read them, and say, wow, we should have read this sooner……lol !!

Big in the news today is the chaos and anarchy in France because of an increase in fuel tax that has led to a French revolt. The elected wigs have scrambled to resolve the fuel tax, throw a few government bones, create more debt that will never be paid (reported increase to 3.5% deficit is probably off by 10% so as not to cause panic)- but the fuel tax was just the straw that broke the camel, NOT the real issue. Anyone with a functioning brain can understand that an additional fuel tax is not why the working middle class have left their jobs and taken to the streets, rioting and burning cars, throwing tear gas back at the police and getting beaten and hauled to jail. This is not just a bad neighborhood in Paris, this is a national crisis for real working people, caused by absurd “socialist” agendas.

.

A few years ago they were celebrating in the streets over the Paris Climate Accord, Obama’s nose in the air and chest stuck out while speaking proudly of it, the same agreement that is now financing $billions in ridiculous programs like spraying chemtrails and funding a massive global haarp program, for starters, and none of it good for the planet or its inhabitants. While Nancy, Chuck and Donald (sounds like Disneyland) argue over $5billion for increased US border security, an estimated $2billion/day, is spent everyday, spraying “climate change” chemicals over some estimated 100 million square miles of the earth’s surface. If you don’t believe me look over your head, no matter where this email finds you, you will see chemtrails and dim yellowish or pinkish skies, with occasional haarp ripples in the chemical clouds. Americans pay for FAR more of this than the French, but it hasn’t effected the wallet yet because we finally have a real American in the WH determined to lower taxes. The same socialists that believe that .0089% of total C02 atmospheric gasses linked to human activity will submerge Florida below sea level, want to impeach the president because their lies are being discovered. Conservatives are finally waking up from their GW Bush sleep walk, and shaking up the clueless communists like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez who have no idea how freedom was born or survived tyranny in the country they are so eager to destroy in their ignorance. People like Cortez are products of the modern secular education system of America, designed to fail, leaving parents with the responsibility of education in exchange for hundreds of billions of tax dollars spent in the education system, mostly on athletics, not academics. Karl Marx and his followers are laughing with the devil in hell while this continues at the will of the people.

Meanwhile the yellow vests make a strong point to the French gov’t, a similar event with greater results was recorded in our own history, blaming a tax on tea for the rebelliousness of the colonies against Britain, that sparked the American Revolution. People read it, believe it, and end of story, no one thinks to question the absurdity of how a tea tax led to the war between the Colonies and the British. Just like the French situation, the tea tax was like their fuel tax, it was the last straw and prompted a revolt like that of today, people become willing to be beaten and gassed by police, or even die to push back oppression.

Two dates in American history and the real story behind them need to be forever remembered, in the context of current political events at home and abroad.

December 15th 1791, the Second Amendment to the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution, authored mostly by James Madison (also Alexander Hamilton), along with the rest of the Bill of Rights, was ratified into the law of the land as the most important right of the sovereign “We The People” of the United States of America.

.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,

the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

.

Remember the time in history in order to keep this right in perspective, which is just a few years after the American Revolution. On the minds of the authors was the war, and the reality of future conflicts, as well as how to be best prepared for them. Individual militia groups were the single most contributing factor to the American success of the Revolutionary War, and this fact needed to be woven into the fabric of the Constitution.

.

If you have the time and want to educate yourself with great reading, below are links to Federalist Papers 29 and 46, that you can read for yourself and understand the ideals behind the decision making discussions that brought this amendment to the Bill of Rights to life. Interesting to consider something I will point out, is at one juncture the amendment was almost written this way; “A well-regulated militia being necessary to a free state, Congress shall not infringe the right of the states to arm the militia.” Hmmm, get the historical picture? This had nothing to do with home defense or hunting, and any red blooded heterosexual anti-communist anti-abortion God fearing American knows this.  The founders were aware that this right of the people was superior to the power of Congress, in the very balance of power it creates by its existence within the law, shifting immense power to the people, and THIS RIGHT guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment has distinguished America from all other nations.

.

In reading Papers 29 and 46, the fear of the states was that a Federal Army would have the power to usurp the liberty of the people. The balance of power is preserved by the people with this amendment in the Bill of Rights, and that balance of power is what is under assault. And it HAS BEEN INFRINGED! And will continue to be infringed up until educated working class Americans finally have reached the breaking point equal to the degree of the French. Will this breaking event be related to abusive taxation? Perhaps, if Trump is impeached, and the communists that will have the house in January, already are making that threat clear, maybe the senate too if the never Trumpers turn on “We the People”. If you read the language several times in these “Federalist Papers”, it becomes clear that our founders saw the events of today in America’s future. This is precisely why they (politicians and judges in federal courts) continuously attack this right, collectively as a misrepresentation of the whole, twisting the meaning of the 2nd Amendment by equating it to a right to home defense or hunting, quite fearful of the magnitude of reprisal by the majority when we hit the “enough is enough” switch that the French already have. The most important right of the people is their ability to guarantee a free state by their right to possess arms of war, no limitation in scope or size, written into law by men far more intelligent than anyone alive in Washington DC today. If we understand the founders intentions of arming the people to a degree of equivalency to the Federal Army, we understand that the 2nd Amendment has already been obscured. By limiting magazines, calibers, and functions of firearms, types of weaponry, etc, the 2nd Amendment is violated by its definition. It is the balance of power that is being preserved, the balance of power is the right that shall not be infringed, and that right is being stripped from Americans, without firing a single militia shot, by the clever twisting of history and confusing an uneducated mass.

.

And another great day to remember, is why the 2nd Amendment was born. Armed militias created a strategical problem for the British and the American Revolution was won because of the “armed” militias.

December 16, 1773, The Boston Tea Party (Britannica gets it pretty close to accurate) – by the way, there is another huge piece of history about the East India Co for another story someday.

.

342 chests of tea belonging to the British East India Company were thrown from ships into Boston Harbor by American patriots disguised as Mohawk Indians. The Americans were protesting both a tax on tea (taxation without representation) and the perceived monopoly of the East India Company.

The Townshend Acts passed by Parliament in 1767 and imposing duties on various products imported into the British colonies had raised such a storm of colonial protest and noncompliance that they were repealed in 1770, saving the duty on tea, which was retained by Parliament to demonstrate its presumed right to raise such colonial revenue without colonial approval. The merchants of Boston circumvented the act by continuing to receive tea smuggled in by Dutch traders. In 1773 Parliament passed a Tea Act designed to aid the financially troubled East India Company by granting it (1) a monopoly on all tea exported to the colonies, (2) an exemption on the export tax, and (3) a “drawback” (refund) on duties owed on certain surplus quantities of tea in its possession. The tea sent to the colonies was to be carried only in East India Company ships and sold only through its own agents, bypassing the independent colonial shippers and merchants. The company thus could sell the tea at a less-than-usual price in either America or Britain; it could undersell anyone else. The perception of monopoly drove the normally conservative colonial merchants into an alliance with radicals led by Samuel Adams and his Sons of Liberty.

In such cities as New York, Philadelphia, and Charleston, tea agents resigned or canceled orders, and merchants refused consignments. In Boston, however, the royal governor Thomas Hutchinson determined to uphold the law and maintained that three arriving ships, the Dartmouth, Eleanor, and Beaver, should be allowed to deposit their cargoes and that appropriate duties should be honoured. On the night of December 16, 1773, a group of about 60 men, encouraged by a large crowd of Bostonians, donned blankets and Indian headdresses, marched to Griffin’s wharf, boarded the ships, and dumped the tea chests, valued at £18,000, into the water.

.

The way this tea tax revolt event went down in history, while correct, fails to articulate with adequate emphasis that this was the first major event leading up to the American Revolution, and American independence from the British. The same situation is happening today in France, the fuel tax is not the issue, government oppression via taxation is. This socialist movement in America is leading to a national lion sized crisis that makes Paris look lame, precisely because of the preservation of the Bill of Rights and the 2nd amendment in our US Constitution, and those precious few of us who still know American history.

.

In my opinion, December 15th and 16th are greater than July 4th in American history. July 4th, 1776 would never have happened if some bold Americans that feared God more than reprisal from tyranny didn’t organize themselves based on principles they would not compromise, and stand up to the tyranny of the British, fully aware of the severe reprisal that would come as a result of December 16th, 1773.

.

This absurd situation of relentless attack against Trump by the Clinton pawns has a large percentage of the American population at the same brink as the French. The main difference between us and them? The legislative brilliance of James Madison woven into the red, white, and blue of the stars and stripes. Because of James Madison and Alexander Hamilton, we will eventually have an opportunity to restore liberty, drain the swamp, albeit at a great expense to many; the day will come. Americans and the French have always had our differences, but on this matter we most assuredly agree: “We want Trump!!” – In America the Chucky Shumer dolls want to impeach our president, now viewed as a hero in France. What has the world come to…….?? Pure evil, but for now, we can agree with the French. We want Trump!!

.

James Madison already had our back, 227 years ago today.

.

Happy December 15th!!!
