I just read a news item about former Vice President, Joe Biden (best known for putting his foot in his mouth) being criticized by what are called “usually friendly” sources, which means the left-leaning mainstream fake news media (MSFNM), for calling the current Vice President, Mike Pence a “decent guy”. (If ever there was a decent guy in the Republican Party it is Pence.) When confronted for this unforgivable sin Good Ol’ Joe quickly back pedaled, and said that’s not what he meant. Heaven forbid.
Apparently it is now inappropriate for any Democrat to say anything that could be construed as “nice” about any conservative. This party of inclusion, that preaches tolerance for all sorts of miscreants and abhorrent behavior considers Republicans and conservatives to be no more than punching bags, or maybe the equivalent of cockroaches. These are the people who claim that being conservative means one is bigoted, racist, sexist, homophobic, and numerous other derogatory terms.
Has it occurred to you that you can usually tell what the Left is really doing by listening to what they accuse the conservatives of doing? These people who can’t look at a group of people without counting how many minorities are among it, and complaining if their quotas aren’t satisfied, don’t believe that conservatives aren’t the ones who make race-based decisions.
I’ve long thought that some conservative should demand that the MSFNM be made to demonstrate the validity of their libelous assertion that conservatives are such vile creatures, by seeking a few of them out on the street. After all, if they are so numerous it shouldn’t be difficult to find great numbers of them in public, because they represent more than half of the population.
I don’t know about you folks, but I’m sick and tired of these MSFNM nitwits accusing me of such vile nonsense. That’s one of the reasons I got rid of my TV many years ago. We conservatives need to become more politically active. We need to stop accepting the mistreatment at the hands of the Left. While they stage fake attacks on themselves as in the case of Jussie Smollett, which they attribute to conservatives, their minions freely attack anyone wearing a MAGA ball cap.
We have to stand up and be counted. As Howard Beale said in the 1975 film classic Network, “I’m mad as Hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore”. Although I’m a strong advocate for anger management, I think an exception is justified here. The Left must be stopped.
