This how I learned to dance: My Dad played a button accordion, my Uncle played a fiddle, another guy played a guitar & someone played the piano. Their music was very, very similar ——- accept we were in Zortman, Montana —— not Lousian”
“The big dance floor” was almost identical. I was 7-8-9 years old & learned to square dance, polka, waltz & 2-step. Over the many years, the lessons I learned on that “Big Dance Floor” have me served me well.
I will NOT apologize but this song & music always brings tears to my eyes!!!
I listened to it 3 times!!! And, cried all 3 times!!!
Certainly no need to apologize for beautiful memories.I bet you was King of the dance floor at all parties and proms. I LOVE to watch good dancing. -Sheila Tolley-
