POS Fauci repeated the phrase “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.” 

The POS answered with that phrase 111 times in his three hour meeting with the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. He used that well-practiced phrase in response to questions about the pandemic origins, his personal diaries, and trivial matters.
