Watch closely…It is a perfect skit of how Democrats handle the 2500 page Omnibus Bills. They manipulate them over and over, round and round they go, then they give the Republicans a scrap so they will think they won. Kind of like the tiny stuffed bear or gold fish they give you at the fair so you will not feel that you left empty handed.
Notice the look on the dog’s face after he realizes the man is a crooked and sneaky Democrat. That is a Smart Dog in the Republican Red Kerchief. He will not fall for that trick again. He will play ONLY if there is one bowl.
Republicans should study this little skit real hard.
