I spent a lot of time in Hoogstraten, Belgium due to one of my jobs. I can honestly confirm that I did not see a single air conditioner ANYWHERE. Their country was beautiful. Billboards were only allowed inside city limits. Since then, they have allowed the Muslims to invade their country. I am sure it is more like Hoogstraten Hell now, instead of the beautiful country that I visited. So SAD.
