I really do love this, and I will say that if you are a senior citizen and want to do some good exercise / cardio. I highly recommend it. You can do it in the comfort of your own home, in front of the computer. After watching our President do it, really makes me want to jump right into it every time I hear the song. Go for it!!!Add a few thumbs up, and golf swings in there also.
