1999 Higher education became free in Venezuela for all citizens
2001 Voted for Socialist President “income inequality” Hugo Chavez, Promising to help the poor.
2004 Private Healthcare is completely Socialized, All higher education becomes “free”
2011 Socialist banned commercial sale of firearms and ammunition to civilians. Further restrictions followed.
2012 Bernie Sanders praised Venezuela saying they embodied the “American Dream” more than the USA
